  1. Rangers 10-0 Launceston United
    Somerset 2-1 Prospect
    City 0-3 Devonport
    Burnie 1-2 Riverside

Somerset- Prospect should be a great game.. Prospcet will probably leave a lot of players behind the ball early on and look to attack on the counter but i see Somerset running over the top of them.

  2. pretty much agreee with billy here.

rangers could easily snatch double figures against lonny if they are determined enough to and don't leave quality players on the bench like sir alex does with Ronaldo (although there are some blokes around the traps that think they are nearly as good as him)

the other 3 games should be competitive, i haven't seen the sharks yet this yr but they put on the best performance i saw all last yr by far and am sure they still have the ability to do so. knights do also defend very well and will make it hard for the sharks to "ring the bell" and with the likes of seesay up front they could get over the line in a tough away fixture.

devonport should be too strong on the smallest ground on earth over city but the scoreline depends on mckenna snd the line-up city choose to go with. i've heard beechey's pulled the pin...any confirmation?

burnie are struggling up front with injuries but have a couple of decent winger and as always ash smith who look dangerous but i think if not a draw that river might just come away with the win - especially seeing as johnson was red carded last start and is in their best players.

  3. Rangers will be comfortable winners! hopefully for launceston's sake its not double figures!

Knights and sharks might just be a nil all draw. Knights super hard to score against and if the sharks leave there best forward down back they no hope! Like twang says, sessay could do anything!

Devonport to smash city! Port always rebound well, and after losing in the cup they'll be out to get a big win. Too many big guns in there lineup for city to handle!

Haven't seen burnie this year so hard to comment there but i reckon riverside are better than there results suggest. I'll go with them by a couple of goals.

  4. Dracup says he has 8 players coming back from Launcestons 10-what ever thrashing to the sharks which should keep the scorline respectable. Sa'ad is not big on attack attack attack so if Rangers get an early lead, expect possession to be the order of the night. TT still cant get into the seniors, but should get a bag full in the twos and make a camio late in the evening. Rangers 7-0 looking to break a club winning margin record which currently stands at 6-0 against these lads

Everyone reading knights game to a T, hard to score aginst, but Somerset have some good goal scoring options as do Prospect, 2-1 one way or the other! Match of the round! Seasay having a fine year and Dane getting some good results out of the boys, a credit to him! But dont tip against knights or you might get a nasty sms at 4:30!!!

I heard a rumor that Savill got the arse from City?? any truth? doesnt matter, Port will slaughter them anyway!

burnie vs River is a tough one to pick, burnie will always be tough at home, but If i remember correctly, Riverside have a pretty impressive record at montello! River yough quick and good on the counter, Burnie tough physical and hard at the ball! recon Burnie in a goal fest!

  5. yeah i'll go with the other tips. i'm not sure why big kev is playing bobby down back.he may want to aswell, who knows.city need to try something different as they were going nowhere this year playing like that.

rangers to get up,hopefully by a good score
burnie river game should be a good one, lots of young guns playing there.probably draw 2 or 3 all.

dev to give city a lesson.

  6. tips of the week :
(only got 1 scorlie wrong this year)
burnie 4 - riverside 1 : bur always a 2 goal better team at home
rangers 5 lun utd 0 : rangers like knights have alot of men behind the ball havent got 10 goals in em ,but hignston and bremner have made then a bit better in attack
    devport 5 - city 0: no1 to stop kenny and no1 to score 4 city .
match of the rd somerset vs knights
somerset 1 - knights 2: s'set are leaking goals, 10 already this yr (dont know if they are playing 3 in the backline like last yr but maybe have 2 go with 4 at the back to stop knights counterattacking game)and if b eaves is in the backline takes away there scoing opps .

  7. There seems to be a general concensus with the tips this week except for probably the match of week in Sharks vs Knights.

    Tips:
    Rangers 7-0 Laun Utd
Hopefully I'll get a chance to come down and watch the 2nd half, so save some goals for me to see then guys!

    Somerset 1-1 Knights
Too close to call here, they may split the spoils here but the Somerset always a chance to steal the game at home at Shark Park.

    Devonport 6-0 Laun City
Devonport too strong and looking to bounce back from last week. Against a depleted City team, McKenna will score a hatrick then share it round for the young fellas to get on the scorecard.

    Burnie 4-3 Riverside
The conditions up at Montello always cater for the Burnie boys and at home they'll fight their way the whole 90mins for the 3 points.

  8. Caz, if you miss the goals, Ill buy ya a pie to make up for it, depends who gets the predicted wind in the first half I guess? Launny will go ok tonight, got a few back and keen to get some momentum going, we are not expecting a walk in the park! See ya tonight hopefully!

  11. I think Sharks beat Knights 3-2
When I left Prospect Devonport were 3-0 up with 5 to go and not looking in any trouble what so ever!

No idea at Burnie as of yet!

  15. Hey Captain Oz!

The video highlights are great! Good on you! Would be great if a few more games could be captured in the same way. Increase exposure wouldn't hurt.

  16. David, you only need someone with a 3ccd Digital Camera (Most are these days) and a tripod (one similar to Sam Luck lol!) send the footage to Mr Video and bang! he has asked a few clubs to do the same, not sure he has had any responce though! seriously though, you dont even need to edit it, he will do it and up load it for ya!

I would do other clubs games, but as you can imagine, i have to be at every ranger game, so the only chance I will get to do a non ranger game is when we have the bye! happy to help someone out though, I think everyone knows where to find me!
