City like valley road so a crucial 1-1 draw Olympic to set sail for home and a title 4-1 United will be fired up for this one at home closer than expected 2-0 to rangers but no surprise if united get a point here. Local derby will be a cracker, burnie starting to gel and love playing the sharks who should be up for this one 2-2.
nigel you are having a laugh. dev easy over city. knights have it over river last couple of years will beat them again 2 1. launceston to possibly grab a point? this beggars belief are you insane nigel? maybe later in the year when they play somerset if you think they are any good at all. and burnie by a few
The tide was out at Shark Park but the results were clearly visible as the Sharks found swimming in the mud not to their liking and in the end the Emus ran out 4-2 winners but not before the Sharks had twice taken the lead. They opened strongly on ten minutes with a well taken goal. Gave away a penalty on twenty minutes. Then regained the lead. Two goals from Chris Smith and one from Brodie Knight sealed the victory for the visitors. At reserve level a 9-0 win keeps Burnie firmly placed at the top of their league. The under 18's started the day with a 3-0 win
Very little press coverage this week. No mention of the Chris Smith hat-trick or the Brodie Knight ground hugger. Nigel's 2-2 forecast looked to be spot on at one stage of the Somerset v Burnie game. Confusion in the Reserves Match as it was almost impossible to keep up with the score Will Nicholls in great form and the other goals shared amongst his team mates. Under 18's taking the lead after Five Seconds 3-0 winners. To make it a 100% weekend the Ladies downed Devonport 3-1 at Montello and they got more Press Coverage than all weekend mens matches put together. We do get an Advocate Photographer at our N.W.games but what is the point if there is no press report relating to the picture produced.
Rangers 2-1 in an absolute cracker. Devonport 3-1 too strong. Ulverstone 3-1 Launnie decent when they don't play that ridiculous offside trap. Kites and Burnie 2-2 another good game.
